The Gruyère Cheese Dairies Trail

This time, we would like to introduce you to a trail with flavours very much our own…

« The Gruyère cheese dairies trail » is a change-of-scene walk through forest, chalets and meadows, discovering the cheeses of the region.

What better way to unwind on the fine days of an Indian summer?

First, take the bus or train to Pringy to visit the Maison du Gruyère. You can then follow a trail up to the village of Moléson-sur-Gruyère, at 1,100 metres above sea level.

There you will find the mountain dairy, where you can taste one of the finest fondues around — tried and approved by us.

You can return to Hotel D Bulle by public transport from Moléson-sur-Gruyère to Bulle.

For the more energetic, and to make the magic last, you can walk the trail back to Bulle.
